 Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to enjoy Cherub Rubs Organic Skincare as much as we do. If you don’t, that’s ok – you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange or return your product, subject to the below conditions.
If you have changed your mind or are unhappy about a product you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. If your product has been opened or used we have a strict no-refund or exchange policy (unless the product is damaged or faulty – for more information see below).
If for some reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered from this website you may obtain a refund by returning the goods within 14days of date of receipt – please fill in the refund Form and return the goods via Australia post:

Refund will be made promptly via credit to your payment (Credit Card/Paypal account) once return goods arrived at our Operations Centre.
You may also exchange new and unused items within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
No exchange or refund can be made for products that have been used. We will exchange the unwanted product with any other Cherub Rubs product of the same value. Return postage is at your own cost.

What if the wrong product is delivered or the product is damaged?
Please contact (within 14 days of purchase) our Customer Service Team on 1800 413 770 (Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm AEST) Or email: sales@cherubrubs.com to arrange replacement as soon as you can. We endeavour to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible, so the more details you provide the quicker we can replace your item. Please have ready for the customer service team your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product (excluding minor superficial handling damage to outer boxes that may have occurred during transit & delivery by courier).
Or if you wish, we can reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return postage (Unless provided with a receipt of postage cost, an estimate will be based upon Australia Post guidelines). Reimbursement will occur upon receiving and processing the faulty or incorrect product.
