Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order as soon as it’s received. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, with Friday cut off time at 12pm AEST), unless there are extenuating circumstances where this time may be slightly longer. Once dispatched, your order should arrive between 7 and 10 business days via Australia Post.
If you choose Express Post Shipping, please check with the Australia Post website for exact delivery information. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

What does shipping cost?
For orders of $60 or more, standard shipping is free. For orders over $80, we offer free Express Post.
For all other orders, shipping is a flat rate of $10 via Australia Post.
In a rush? We can Express Ship your parcel for $15.00 in Australia.

Do you deliver overseas?
Orders placed on our Australian website,, can only be delivered to an Australian address. If you live outside Australia, please visit our international websites for overseas orders. Links can be found on our Contact Us page.

What if I need to change my order?
Once you place your order, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made. Orders are processed promptly, so if you have to amend or cancel your order please call our Customer Service immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate. Once an order has shipped, they cannot be changed.

Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided once the item has shipped. Additionally, you may contact Customer Service 1800 413 770 with your order number if you wish to track your order. You can find your order number on the “My Orders” page of your account.
