Shipping & Delivery

When will I get my order?
We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, with Friday cut off 12pm AEST) unless there are extenuating circumstances where this time may be slightly longer. Once despatched your order should arrive in 7-10 business days according to Australia Post parcel service.
If you choose Express Post Shipping - please check with the Australia Post website for exact delivery information. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders of $60 or more are free in Australia. For orders less than $60, we deliver via Australia Regular Parcel Post for $10 (flat rate to anywhere in Australia).
In a rush? We can express post your parcel through Australia Post for $15.00 (flat rate to anywhere in Australia). For orders over $80 we deliver free via Express Post.

Can we send order overseas?
Orders placed on our Australian website,, can only be delivered to an Australian address. If you live outside Australia, please visit our website for overseas stores.

What if I need to change my order?
We do not allow changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed promptly, so if you have to amend or cancel your order please call our Customer Service immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped.
