Returns & exchanges

We want you to enjoy Cherub Rubs Organic Skincare as much as we do. If you don’t, that’s ok – you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange or return your product, subject to the below conditions.

If you have changed your mind, or are unhappy about a product you have ordered, we’re happy to accept the product unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. If your product has been opened or used we have a strict no-refund or exchange policy (unless the product is damaged or faulty – for more information see below). We also offer exchanges for products with any other Cherub Rubs product of the same value. Return postage is at your own cost.
If the incorrect product was delivered, or if the product is damaged,
please contact (within 14 days of purchase) our Customer Service Team.

We aim to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible. Please have your order number and the details of the incorrect or damaged order ready for our team (excluding minor superficial handling damage to outer boxes that may have occurred during transit & delivery by courier).
Alternatively, we can reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return postage (unless provided with a receipt of postage cost, an estimate will be based upon Australia Post guidelines). Reimbursement will occur upon receiving and processing the faulty or incorrect product.

Refunds will be made promptly via credit to your payment (Credit Card/Paypal account) once return goods arrive at our Operations Centre.
